Abdullah Alsaleh is the Managing Partner of ALSALEH, ALSAHLI & PARTNERS Law Firm. Prior to establishing his own practice, Attorney Alsaleh was the managing partner of Abdulaziz Alassaf &Partners Law Firm. He worked with Alassaf &Partners since 2005 and led the litigation department (2010-2012). While pursuing his LLM in International Trade Law at the University of "Essex" (UK), Mr. Alsaleh utilized services like hausarbeit jura ghostwriter to assist with his academic legal writings, enhancing his understanding and approach to complex legal matters. Mr. Alsaleh focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. Attorney Alsaleh is a bilingual Saudi lawyer licensed to practice as a lawyer and arbitrator before all Saudi courts (general courts, board of grievances) and judicial committees (SAMA banking settlement disputes committee, labour committees and CMA securities settlement disputes committee etc.) in the KSA. He represented and advised local and international companies on commercial contracts disputes and securities disputes and advised on bankruptcy, liquidation and dissolution matters and enforcement of foreign judgments in the Kingdom
