PhD student and Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow at the KU Leuven Centre for IT & IP Law. He is currently researching in the fields of privacy and data protection, focusing on biometrics and health data in the context of IoT-AI, as part of the Horizon 2020 Privacy Matters ITN project.

His research covers the intersection of law, philosophy, technology and policy. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. in Comparative Law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.
