Member of the Warsaw Bar of Advocates. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw. Prior to founding the law firm, he was a partner in a renowned law firm providing legal assistance to the Life Sciences sector and creative industry.

He specialises in intellectual property law, in particular copyright law. He assists creators, publishers and organisers of artistic events, and provides comprehensive legal services in connection with the production and distribution of films. He deals with cases in the field of antitrust and competition law, in particular in relation to advertising, product labelling and the protection of business secrets.

Paweł also has many years of experience in providing legal services to companies in the Life Sciences sector. He provides opinions on the content of cosmetics and food labels. He consults on advertising and promotional activities for medicinal products, food, in particular dietary supplements, cosmetics and medical devices.

He also assists with regulatory issues, with his practice covering drafting and negotiating agreements for conducting clinical trials of medicinal products. He represents clients before courts and administrative bodies as well as industry organisations. He provides lectures and training on, inter alia, advertising of supplements, medicines and cosmetics.
