Member of the Warsaw Bar of Advocates. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Marie Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He specialises in pharmaceutical law. He has many years of experience in advising entities operating in the broadly defined Life Sciences sector (medicinal products, dietary supplements, medical devices, cosmetics). Tomasz supports clients in the implementation of new distribution models and evaluates planned promotional and advertising activities. He advises, among others, on the distribution, reimbursement and registration of medicinal products, as well as on product liability issues.

Tomasz provides legal assistance in matters related to antitrust, unfair competition, consumer law and e-commerce. He assists start-ups operating in the healthcare sector, i.a. with the implementation of telemedicine projects. He supports doctors and pharmacists in professional matters.

Advises clients in crisis situations involving product defects and unannounced inspections. He represents clients before courts, supervisory authorities and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Prior to founding the firm, he was a partner in a renowned law firm specialising in providing services to entities operating in the Life Sciences sector and in the field of intellectual property law.
