Sisay Habte is head of the Corporate, Real Estate and NGO’s practice at TBeST Law.

Sisay has worked as an attorney with Nyala Insurance SC for 18 months. Sisay has over 6 years experience of Corporate Advisory Services .

Sisay advises corporate, mining, real-estate and NGO clients. She advises foreign investors on Ethiopian investment law, handles commercial registration, licensing, and post-registration regulatory issues, and prepares legal due diligence and opinions. She drafts bylaws, resolutions, PoAs, and various agreements, and incorporates and registers different business entities. In real estate, she advises on property transactions, conducts legal due diligence, drafts and negotiates agreements, and assists with land acquisition and compliance. In the mining sector, Sisay assists with company incorporation, license applications, corporate compliance, and mergers and acquisitions, providing due diligence and negotiating joint ventures.
