Benyam Tafesse is Partner and head of Employment, Corporate Immigration and Intellectual Property at TBeST Law.

Benyam advises local and foreign companies on wide range of employment and corporate immigration issues. He is also known for handling high-profile contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. Benyam was involved in major renewable energy projects in Ethiopia and has advised project sponsors and financiers in energy and infrastructure projects. Furthermore, he has a wealth of experience advising clients in the field of aviation law relating specifically to acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of aircrafts, aircraft engines and parts.
