Ahmad has over three years of experience specializing in company registrations and licensing, corporate and commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.

His experience includes incorporating entities both onshore and in free zones, arranging and obtaining commercial and investment licenses, advising on structure, and dealing with the assignment of shares issues.

He also drafts and reviews contracts such as JVs, NDAs, consultancy agreements, employment contracts, and various constitutional documents, including AOA, bylaws, board resolutions, and internal bylaws. Ahmad is also involved with dispute resolution matters and attends hearings before the Saudi courts of all levels.
