Bader focuses on company structuring, registration, licensing, and regulatory as well as dispute resolution matters such as arbitration and litigation.

Bader is also experienced in drafting and reviewing legal and regulatory documents both in Arabic and English. His experience includes non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, articles of associations, shareholders resolutions, and pre and post-incorporation documents.
