Successfully defending a leading regional insurance company against a USD 5M (KES 600 million) LCIA arbitration claim.

Successfully obtained a USD 2.1 million summary judgment in favour of a global advertising giant.

Successfully defended a leading insurance company against a USD 2 million claim and had the matter struck out in the preliminary stage.

Successfully advised and acted for a global engineering company concerning a tender dispute about a USD 1 million on-demand guarantee.
