Part of a team that successfully represented the beneficiaries of an estate in revoking a will and having the succession proceed under intestacy. Successfully represented both landlords and tenants before the Business Premises Rent Tribunal. Successfully obtained out-of-court settlement agreements on behalf of both employers and employees in employment disputes. Represented various clients in family law disputes such as divorce, custody and maintenance of children, division of matrimonial property and adoption and guardianship proceedings.
