Victoria is a dynamic litigation and dispute resolution advocate who is committed to personalised and practical legal service. She is adept at navigating relevant court procedures and has successfully represented clients in various courts and tribunals such as the Business Premises Rent Tribunal and in Alternative Dispute Resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.

Her practice is focused on corporate recovery, family law, succession law, employment and labour relations, commercial disputes, lease/ tenancy disputes and alternative dispute resolution.

Notable Experience

Successfully represented various clients in corporate recovery claims and obtained court orders of cumulatively KES 100 million. Part of a team that successfully represented the beneficiaries of an estate in revoking a will and having the succession proceed under intestacy. Successfully represented both landlords and tenants before the Business Premises Rent Tribunal. Successfully obtained out-of-court settlement agreements on behalf of both employers and employees in employment disputes. Represented various clients in family law disputes such as divorce, custody and maintenance of children, division of matrimonial property and adoption and guardianship proceedings.
