Career

Adv. Tsafrir Negbi co-heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice and is one of the more senior and seasoned litigators in the country.

Tsafrir represents large conglomerates, institutional investors, financial institutions, and public figures in high-stakes and complex legal claims involving public takeovers, large-scale infrastructure projects (transportation, energy, water desalination etc.), real estate investments & development, control battles and shareholders’ disputes in public and private companies, petitions to the Supreme Court sitting as the High Court of Justice, class and derivative certifications and claims, administrative petitions, and many more.

Tsafrir is considered a leading expert on infrastructure, energy, and shareholders disputes.

Under his belt is a long line of significant cases and precedential rulings, e.g., the first ever ruling by Israeli courts upholding the practice of a reverse triangular merger in publicly traded companies; The Supreme Court ruling protecting the anonymity of persons posting online; and representation of one of the largest Israelis retailers against the monopolistic conduct by the Government Companies Authority in fixing unfair prices for its commercial real estate.

Tsafrir serves as chairperson of the Israel Bar Association Civil Procedure Committee, a Presiding Judge in the National Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association and is a sought-after lecturer in various professional education courses for lawyers and businesspersons.

Prior to founding the firm, Tsafrir was head of the litigation department at Fischer FBC & Co.
