As a Senior Associate, Alexandru is an experienced litigator who consolidated his theoretical and practical background in a wide range of dispute resolution matters that include first-of-a-kind court rulings.

His practice area mainly focuses on franchising advisory and litigation. He consolidated his intellectual property practice by actively participating in litigation cases on trademark counterfeiting, designs and and the unauthorized use of know-how within the franchising sector.
