2014 - 2018: Gained extensive experience working in various roles within UK immigration services, developing a deep understanding of both personal and business immigration processes. 2018: Achieved qualification as a solicitor, further cementing my commitment to providing expert legal advice and representation. 2018 – 2020: As a qualified supervising solicitor, I have successfully represented numerous clients in a variety of immigration matters, ensuring their legal needs are met with precision and care. These include high profile Judicial Review cases, Asylum cases, providing solutions for high net worth individual and corporations in relation to their immigration problems.

2020 - Present: Key Duties as the Managing Solicitor of the London Branch of Axis Solicitors:

Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the London branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage and mentor junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, facilitating their professional development. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and responsive legal services. Handle complex and high-stakes immigration cases, offering expert advice and representation. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Network with potential clients and referral sources to expand the branch’s client base. Promote the firm’s services through marketing initiatives, public speaking, and participation in industry events. Case Management: Oversee the allocation of cases among the team, ensuring balanced workloads and timely completion of tasks. Review and approve legal documents, submissions, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Provide guidance on complex legal issues, helping the team navigate challenging cases. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory requirements, including those set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Implement and monitor risk management procedures to safeguard the firm and its clients. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards. Financial Management: Develop and manage the branch’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor financial performance, including billing, collections, and profitability. Oversee the efficient use of resources to maintain cost-effectiveness. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the branch. Stay updated with changes in immigration law and ensure the team is informed and compliant with new regulations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the branch’s operations. Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions to keep the team updated with the latest developments in immigration law.
