Career
Dr. Hirschle is active in all areas of patent grant proceedings. These includes, among others, carrying out searches, preparing applications and replying to office actions. In addition, he is involved in opposition proceedings and carries out freedom-to-operate analyses.
Since January 2023, Dr. Hirschle is a Patent Attorney at SKM-IP.
Education
Dr. Patrick Hirschle studied chemistry and biochemistry at LMU Munich, where during his doctorate in physical chemistry he worked on porous nano- and microparticles.
In close cooperation with working groups from the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, he investigated the medical use of metal-organic frameworks and gained experience in solvothermal, microfluidic, and microwave-based particle synthesis while applying numerous physicochemical characterization methods.
