Attorney, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile; master’s in real estate development and Investment from the ESE Business School, University of Los Andes; Diploma in Real Estate and Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile; Diploma in Urban and Construction Law, Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso.

Mr. Mujica leads the area of real estate, urban, and construction law. With over 13 years of professional experience, his practice focuses on advising the development of multiple high-complexity real estate projects in all phases. This includes project structuring, land formation and acquisition, permit acquisition, financing, construction, co-ownership, acceptance, sales, operation, post-sale, community relations, among others. He previously worked in renowned legal firms, including Cubillos Soza (formerly Cubillos Evans), where he served as director for five years in the real estate area, De Iruarrizaga Arnaiz y Cia, and Aninat Schwencke y Cia.
