She specializes in insurance law, particularly in the design, implementation, and updating of corporate insurance programs, as well as the management and administration of claims, development, and adaptation of foreign insurance products to the local insurance market, and daily management and regulatory compliance of local insurance brokers.

Additionally, Mrs. Pérez has participated as a speaker in international webinars, published articles in specialized insurance law journals, and has been recognized as a Rising Star in Insurance Law during the 2022 & 2023 editions of the international ranking The Legal 500.

Currently, she is the head of insurance at FinSA, Finning Chile S.A. Previously, she worked as a senior lawyer in the insurance and reinsurance law area at DAC Beachcroft Abogados Ltda. and as an associate lawyer in the insurance area at Uribe, Hübner & Cía.
