Mr. Cárcamo has over 14 years of experience in labor and civil litigation and collective negotiations. He is an expert in highly complex labor litigation, having handled over 1,200 cases nationwide. In this context, he has advised companies in different sectors, such as retail, renewable energy, food processing, fast food chains, telecommunications, transportation, television, private security, and hospitality, among others.

For more than 10 years, he served as a senior lawyer in the labor area of the firm Caglevic y Santibáñez Abogados – CS Abogados, and previously as a lawyer at Allende Bascuñán & Cía.
