Kloy Tsiaga is a founding partner of Thesis Law Firm and the Managing Partner. Kloy has profound expertise in Commercial & Corporate Law and has regularly advised clients on M&As, start-ups, sale and purchase of businesses, finance, compliance requirements and taxation issues. Kloy’s commercial law practice includes advising on business structuring and company establishment, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and financial agreements and participating in a number of due diligence investigations. Kloy has supported international companies which expanded their business in Greece, accompanied international companies active in multiple jurisdictions or companies with external orientation and advised on M&As in Greece and abroad. She also has substantial expertise in Public Works, Procurement Law and Infrastructure Projects and has been advisor to global engineering and design consultancies, construction companies and manufacturers on several projects, including projects in the water and wastewater sector, in the rail, highways and transportation sector, in the ports sector, in the energy sector as well as in the health sector, projects related to residential and commercial development of properties, concessions and PPP/PFI projects. Kloy has also worked as special advisor to the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Technology and as special advisor to the Public Company “Greek Powder & Catridge Company SA”. Kloy is also the co-author of “The Greek Legislation on Public Works” (compilation of legislation in English).
