In this regard, she has achieved exceptional expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and companies’ incorporation. Furthermore, Bassinte has worked on numerous litigation and arbitration cases before the Egyptian courts, the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration and The International Court of Commerce. In addition, she participated in drafting the Antitrust Report published by the American Chamber in Egypt regarding Antitrust Law in Egypt.
