Sebastiaan Wijsman is a partner in Dentons’ Tax practice group in the Amsterdam office. He has a wide range of experience in international indirect taxation (e.g. GST/VAT, transfer taxes and customs), structuring of complex business transactions and overall VAT (recovery) position and EU VAT litigation.

Sebastiaan mainly focuses on structuring complex (PE and real estate) acquisitions or sales and the recovery of transaction costs, (PE) restructuring, supply chain optimization and muti-jurisdictional reviews of EU VAT on various types of businesses in different industries.
