With over 20 years of international legal experience, I am a Lebanese/Brazilian lawyer specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law. As a member of the Beirut Bar Association, I work at AL Hail Law Firm, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and complex agreements. Proficient in Arabic, English, and French, I have incorporated companies in Beirut, UAE and Qatar. I also served as Legal Representative at the General Directorate of Cooperatives in Lebanon. My career includes roles in Beirut and Qatar. I had significant contributions to legal education and events as well.
