Mr. Ahmad bin Ali Ahmad Mohammed Al-Hail, an attorney registered in the rolls of the Committee for the Admission of Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar as a Cassation Lawyer, holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University. He worked in the Public Prosecution from the date of his appointment in 2007, serving in various general and specialized prosecutions, including (East Capital Prosecution, West Capital Prosecution, North Prosecution, Dukhan Prosecution, Al-Rayyan Prosecution, Narcotics Prosecution, Traffic Prosecution, Capital College Prosecution, Technical Office Prosecution, and Head of the Environment and Municipality Prosecution) until he devoted himself to the practice of law in 2021.

Secured first place with a grade of 'Excellent' in the second mandatory training course for Assistant Public Prosecutors at the Centre for Legal and Judicial Studies, Ministry of Justice. Participated in a course organized by the Higher Judicial Institute at the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Morocco on 'Public Prosecution Work.' Participated in the Sixth International Humanitarian Law Conference organized by the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies and the International Committee of the Red Cross in Kuwait. Acquired a qualifying course organized by the Legal and Judicial Studies Centre at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar and the Office of Development, Assistance, and Training for External Prosecution at the U.S. Department of Justice on 'Crime and Electronic Evidence.'
