Kate is a commercial lawyer who specialises in technology-based contracts, consumer law, and privacy.

Kate works on a variety of commercial transactions for both private and public sector clients. She advises on major ICT contracts, consumer protection matters, and on privacy compliance. Kate has particular expertise in Fair Trading Act compliance, with a focus on uninvited direct sales, unsolicited goods and services, unfair contract terms, and general advertising matters.

Kate also advises on a wide range of general commercial and compliance matters including sale and purchase arrangements, Gambling Act matters, and Fuel Industry Act compliance.
