Senior Associate

Anja specializes in commercial law, corporate law, banking and finance, and real estate. She represents clients in court and before other relevant state bodies. Anja is also the manager of the PETERKA & PARTNERS office in Zagreb and is involved in various legal practices within the firm, including corporate legal matters, banking and finance, compliance and regulatory issues, real estate, and litigation. In the past, Anja has independently managed numerous financing projects, provided daily legal support to various companies, and represented clients in litigation, enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings. Her previous experience also includes handling delisting shares from the Zagreb Stock Exchange, conducting squeeze-out procedures, and carrying out due diligence procedures. Anja is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Commercial and Company Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb.
