Alison Webber

Gurdip advises on all aspects of divorce and family matters with a niche expertise in complex matters involving family businesses, pensions and farming cases. She also has considerable experience in relation to pre-marital agreements and the protection of property on cohabitation. Gurdip acts for clients who lack mental capacity ensuring that their voice is heard by appointing a Litigation friend. Hannah Taylor

Hannah is an Agricultural Property Solicitor who completed her post-graduate legal training with a specialist agricultural firm in the Midlands. Helen Gough

Based at the Worcester office, Helen Gough joined the firm in September 2014 and works in the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Division. Helen gained her agricultural knowledge whilst working as an advisor for the NFU between 2001-2004. Her particular area of expertise is in relation to agricultural tenancy disputes both under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. She specialises in dealing with contentious agricultural issues and handles a wide variety of cases in this area including landlord and tenant disputes, non-payment of rent, regaining possession of agricultural property and land (both commercial and residential), dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, contested lease renewals, succession matters, common land and village green issues, prosecutions by the Environment Agency and all Tribunal and Arbitrary work as well as less common issues such as appeals against the Forestry Commission, DEFRA and the RPA. Helen fully understands the issues affecting landowners and tenants in the rural sector and is passionate about obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients. Helen is an elected Council Member of the Agricultural Law Association(ALA) as well as on the Regional Committee for the ALA for the midlands and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Kirsten Bridgewater

Nicholas Playford

Peter Stephens

Peter Bernard Copsey

Robert Pearce

He currently specialises in land/property related disputes and works closely with other members of the firm’s Property Litigation Team. Robert received recognition in the Legal 500 whilst previously a member of the firm’s Family Litigation Division during which time he successfully represented a party in the landmark case of J –v- C 1999 which is among the leading cases extending the law on financial provision for children. Sally Morris

Samuel Pedley

Suzanne Lee

Litigation Partner Suzanne Lee joined mfg Solicitors in 1997 and began specialising in Contentious Probate shortly after. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999, Suzanne became a Partner in 2002.
