Peter is a partner at mfg Solicitors. Areas of expertise: he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm as he has been working as a qualified solicitor for more than 25 years. Peter attended the University College London. He qualified as a solicitor in 1979 with a West Bromwich-based firm named Lyon Clark. He joined Morton Fisher, who later became mfgSolicitors, in 1984. His areas of expertise include all manner of corporate and commercial work. He advises his clients on a range of company and commercial law issues such as mergers and acquisitions, general commercial advice and contractual matters. The company and commercial division also have a burgeoning intellectual property practice. Peter is based at the Kidderminster branch of mfg Solicitors.
