Property Litigation.

Robert Pearce, a Partner with over 38 years litigation experience, is based in the firm’s Civil Litigation Division (Bromsgrove Office).

He currently specialises in land/property related disputes and works closely with other members of the firm’s Property Litigation Team.

Robert received recognition in the Legal 500 whilst previously a member of the firm’s Family Litigation Division during which time he successfully represented a party in the landmark case of J –v- C 1999 which is among the leading cases extending the law on financial provision for children.

He also received recognition whilst working as a member of the firm’s Contentious Probate Sub-Division with reference to Inheritance Act Disputes.

Robert  has previously managed the firm’s Specialist Quality Mark whilst working in the Family Litigation Department. He is currently a member of the Property Litigation Association.
