Oybek Irgashev is an experienced international legal advisor and partner at DIGESTS Global Law Firm, specializing in investments, banking law, and real estate. Since joining the firm in November 2023, he has actively provided clients with expert legal support on complex international legal matters, offering reliable advice in strategically important sectors.

Before joining DIGESTS Global Law Firm, Oybek held a top management position at The One CORP Consultancy from April 2019 to November 2023, where he successfully led projects related to legal consulting, finance management, and business development.

Earlier, from September 2013 to August 2018, Oybek served as General Manager at Tanmiyat Global Development LLC (Dubai, UAE), overseeing key areas of the company, including CRM, finance, sales, and property handover. His management experience also includes working at DAMAC Properties Group (Dubai, UAE) as Senior CRM Executive from January to September 2013.

The banking sector is also a significant part of his professional journey. From May 2008 to February 2011, Oybek worked at Lloyds TSB Bank (Bournemouth, UK) as a Fraud & Risk Management Officer, where he gained valuable expertise in financial security and risk management.
