Werinorn Manphan is a Counsel at MPG, with expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law. A graduate of Thammasat University (LL.B.) and Chulalongkorn University (LL.M.), she has played a pivotal role in advising multinational clients on foreign direct investment, corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, land transfers, and tax & customs matters.

Ms. Manphan holds a lawyer’s license, a barrister-at-law certificate, and a notarial services attorney certificate, equipping her with the credentials to handle complex corporate transactions and regulatory compliance matters. Her ability to navigate cross-border legal frameworks and international investment structures makes her an integral part of MPG’s corporate advisory team.
