Mohan’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, conducting due diligences and drafting allied documents including property development agreements, construction agreements, drafting of lease deeds, leave & license agreements, and sale deeds. He has advised and assisted companies in documentation, registration & stamp duty aspects relating to realty projects and property development matters, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts relating to retail and franchising. He has represented several national/multi-national companies and banks in large transactions including in acquisition of properties, title diligence, documentation, joint ventures, FDI and FII transactions, development of SEZs and integrated townships. 

Mohan has a sound knowledge of regulatory laws governing all aspects of licenses and approvals in development of SEZ’s and integrated townships. He has also advised on business and industrial operations including statutory approvals and licenses for businesses, business operations and operations related legal matters

Mohan graduated with LL.B degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi; LL.M from Osmania University, Hyderabad and M.Sc.(Psychology) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad
