Noura Alharbi graduated with honors in Law in 2019, showcasing exceptional academic dedication and a strong foundation in legal principles. During senior years at university, Noura Alharbi showcased her ambition by obtaining the CME-1 Certification, a professional qualification in securities dealing, laying the foundation for her expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks. She earned her professional license shortly after, establishing her as a qualified attorney in Saudi Arabia.

Her career in compliance began in 2018 as a Compliance Officer for a local fund in Riyadh. In this role, she played a pivotal part in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards by preparing quarterly compliance reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submissions, and maintaining transparent communication with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Noura’s dedication and meticulous attention to detail in compliance paved the way for her transition into the legal field in 2019, where she joined a local firm as a Junior Associate, excelling in litigation management, corporate services, and contract drafting. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion as Senior Associate, where she managed litigation teams and provided strategic counsel in high-profile legal cases.

In late 2022, Noura took on the role of Senior Associate at another prestigious legal firm, focusing on corporate restructuring, governance, and compliance. Her exceptional performance and leadership capabilities quickly earned her a promotion to CEO of the firm.
