Mr. Assad is the General Manager of the firm and the Director of the Commercial Companies Section. With over 12 years of extensive experience in corporate and business law, he has developed a deep understanding of legal matters affecting companies and enterprises.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al-Neelain University in the Republic of Sudan and has been a licensed attorney since 2011, accredited by the Sudanese Lawyers Admission Committee. Throughout his career, Mr. Assad has worked with renowned law firms both within and outside Qatar, in addition to holding key legal and executive positions in one of Qatar’s most prestigious corporations.

Beyond his administrative responsibilities, Mr. Assad provides strategic legal counsel to individuals and corporations on business transactions and investments. His expertise covers company formation and expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring. He also advises on corporate governance and ensures compliance with both domestic and international regulatory frameworks.
