Anas is a partner at JP Legal specialized in Merger and Acquisitions, bringing two decades of experience in corporate and commercial law with focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, and equity investments in the Saudi Arabian market.

He has built a stellar reputation in navigating complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring projects. He has a deep understanding of the Saudi local regulations working alongside major Saudi family businesses and multinational companies.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Laws at the University College of London (UCL)and further acquired an LL.M. Master of Laws in Commercial &Corporate Law from University College of London

Prior to joining JP Legal as partner, Anas held positions at regional and international law firms in Saudi Arabia, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms on a wide array of cross-border transactions.

He advised and represented multinational companies and local Saudi giants such as Siemens GMBH, Anghami, Facebook, L’Oréal, Samako Saudi, AlNaghi, Mitsubishi Electric and ENBDC Bank, Al Othaim Group, Al Rajhi Investment on merger and acquisitions and restructuring transactions in Saudi.

Anas is currently leading a team of highly skilled attorneys, specializing in M&A transactions for multinational clients in the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors and contracting / industrial sectors. He is active on advising big Saudi groups and multinational clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions in Saudi and the MENA region. He is constantly advising multinational Companies on M&A transactions conducted across the MENA region with focus on the Saudi and UAE markets.

Anas sits as advisory board member for several Saudi and GCC based holding groups is member of the Lawyer bar association and fully admitted to practice in his jurisdiction.

Anas is a strong believer in giving back to his community and actively supports various pro bono initiatives in Saudi Arabia. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and events, sharing his insights on M&A trends and developments in the Saudi Arabian
