• Key member of the team advising a global private equity firm on the divestiture of its stake in a major oil and gas industry asset.

• Advised an FMCG company on its US$14,000,000 acquisition of a non-alcoholic beverages brand.

• Advised on minority acquisition for a financial/private equity investor in a telecommunications company, resulting in a 40% reduction in completion time.

• Advised a new generation bank on its acquisition of up to 100% of the entire issued share capital of one of the oldest banks in Nigeria.

• Advisory on a merger between an online marketplace and a specialized online car marketplace.
