• Advisory for a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company in the acquisition of the assets of a related Beverage & Food Company for a consideration price of $7,000,000.
• Advisory for a telecommunication Company on its application to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) for Negative Clearance in an acquisition of 30% – 36% of its shareholding.
• Part of the Team representing a Construction Company in an ICC International Arbitral Proceeding in defending itself against claims of breach of a Joint Venture Agreement (worth over N$21,749,887.21).
• Advisory services to a state government agency on the technical, financial, and managerial capabilities of a Contractor to construct a gas pipeline and supply gas to a Power Plant owned by the state government.
