She joined SimmonsCooper Partners in 2008 as the Head of Practice and was appointed Partner in 2015. Her expertise spans Alternative Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation, with significant experience in both the public and private sector

Some of Victoria’s key projects and contributions include:

• Successfully represented State Governments and the Federal Government of Nigeria in a significant trans-border litigation involving consumer protection, product liability tort, and negligence.

• Secured a substantial claim of over N600 billion in damages against local and foreign entities, showcasing strong legal skills and strategic acumen.

• Represented the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) in a significant N700 million unremitted tax recovery suit against an upstream oil and gas company.

• Led representations for a state government in landmark cases at the Supreme Court, addressing disputes related to local councils and federating units' responsibilities, contributing to constitutional jurisprudence.
