Since joining SimmonsCooper Partners in January 2023, Judith has since exhibited promising legal talent and an eagerness to take on challenges.

• Represented Minority Shareholders of a leading Energy UK Company in setting aside an illegal and complex restructuring of the company involving unauthorized sale of assets.

• Represented a Private Equity majority shareholder in a shareholder Members direct action suit seeking to restrain certain shareholders from disposing of their shares in non – compliance with the Shareholders’ Agreement.

• Represented a specialized Energy Private Equity Investment Company in a dispute with an International Gas Equipment OEM relating to gas equipment shipped which do not conform with the terms of the Letter of Credit and Proforma Invoice.
