Jenny heads the employment law practice at the Stockholm office. With her extensive experience as a lawyer, she is an expert in advising domestic and international clients in a broad scope of matters related to employment law. She has a special expertise in managing large restructurings, union negotiations as well as management contracts and terminations thereof. Jenny is also highly experienced in transactional work, such as advising clients on employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Jenny also works with data privacy issues and compliance matters. She regularly conducts presentations and training in these areas.
