��layda advises clients on all aspects of Turkish competition law, in particular merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews, competition compliance programmes, trainings and e-learning, competition law audits and due diligence and anti-competitive risks relating to business strategies (including distribution agreements).

She has represented clients from a diverse range of industries including food and beverages, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil, and gas.

Prior to joining CoPartners, İlayda served as legal intern at White & Case where she gained an in-depth knowledge of M&A transactions, bank and finance law and sectoral experience.

She was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2023 and is fluent in German and English.
