In her role as Managing Partner, Rachadawan collaborates with the board of directors and executive leadership to establish strategic solutions for numerous clients in various industries on areas dealing with PDPA compliance issues as well as a leader in IP Enforcement. Rachadawan also plays a crucial role in helping clients protect their intellectual property assets and navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding IP rights. She also assists clients in drafting cybersecurity incident response plans and conducting tabletop exercises to prepare for potential data breaches or cyber-attacks. Rachadawan stays current on the ever-evolving cybersecurity legal landscape and helps clients stay informed about new and emerging cybersecurity regulations and best practices.
