Rika practices general corporate law. Throughout her career, she has been extensively involved in advising on corporate and commercial laws, with principal areas of practice being mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, foreign investment and Indonesian business competition. Further, she was also involved in several financing and debt restructuring transactions.  

She has dealt with clients from various sectors, including telecommunication, trading, property, infrastructure, manufacture, foods, beverages and drugs industries, one of her most recent major transactions is an acquisition of major mining company which involved a complex regulatory, investment and Indonesian business competition advice.
