Ayu specialises in corporate law and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, foreign investments, private equity, government contracts, corporate and project financing. 

Ayu has advised leading companies on their businesses and projects in Indonesia across a wide range of sectors, including power, resources, infrastructure, technology, pharmaceutical and food industries. Her experience includes cross-border M&A, company restructuring, and contract negotiations with various stakeholders, including state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and vendors within the industry.   

Ayu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. Previously, she worked as a lawyer at an international law firm and in-house counsel at a leading energy company in Jakarta. Both experiences have provided her with the ability to understand the client needs better and hence to provide a tailored legal advice that is practical, strategic and align with the client’s business goals and objectives.
