Prior to joining Rifdaan Novarazka & Prabowo, Agusdin (Denny) was Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of PT Prudential Life Assurance. For more than 25 years of working experience, he is well known for his leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of corporate commercial and insurance business. During his time working in the insurance sector, Denny led his team in handling commercial and litigation issues, including general corporate governance, financial crimes, implementation of anti-fraud and anti-bribery policy, as well as representing the company at customer dispute forums. A prominent figure in the industry, his insight and expertise are valuable to help his clients navigate difficult and challenging issues.
