Dubravka Lackovic Smole joined Lipovscak and partners Ltd in 2012 after spending more than six years in a reputable international law firm.

She expanded the law firm by supporting various student projects, leading to the recruitment and training of numerous trainees and junior lawyers. Her investment in a more client-oriented approach culminated in her becoming a partner in 2022.

Dubravka is a corporate and employment law expert with a hands-on approach to corporate and labour law projects. She is committed to understanding her clients' businesses and industries and has extensive experience advising small and mid-sized enterprises, particularly in corporate structuring and internal compliance for foreign investors and companies entering the Croatian market.

Dubravka is a recognized speaker at various events organized by the American Chamber of Commerce, the Game Changer conference, and clients, covering a range of corporate and labour law topics.
