Career

Waj Hussain has specialised in complex and disputed debt recovery, small claims matters, and enforcement for the past 7 years and is regularly instructed on matters by some of the largest law firms and financial institutions.

He has worked for various national debt recovery companies as well as established firms of solicitors.

Before embarking on a legal career, Waj worked as an IT specialist for 10 years in the NHS and before that in local government. After working for a number of years as a solicitor, Waj qualified in 2020 as a Solicitor-Advocate, as he enjoys advocating in court on behalf of his clients.

His practice also encompasses defended PPI Claims, housing, RTA related personal injury, credit hire claims, and civil interim remedy hearings.
