Laura is an Associate Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice area.

Laura has extensive experience in the electrical and oil and gas sectors, as well as in commercial law, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. As a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions area, she advises private equity clients and national and foreign corporations in both private and public M&A transactions across a wide range of industries.

Similarly, Laura regularly works on developing due diligence processes, structuring shareand/or asset sale projects, and defining efficient schemes for formalizing investments in companies, both public and private, in different sectors of the economy.

Additionally, she teaches Mergers and Acquisitions in various master's programs at both the University of Los Andes and the Universidad Javeriana.
