Mr. Delwar Hossain is the Managing Partner of Advocates IP Law Alliance, a top-ranked Intellectual Property (IP) law firm in Bangladesh. With over three decades of experience, he handles portfolio management and brand protection for some of the world’s most recognized brands. He oversees the IP portfolios of multinational clients across industries including pharmaceuticals, education, liquor, tobacco, fashion, healthcare, entertainment, and broadcasting.

Mr. Delwar Hossain was admitted to the Bangladesh Bar in 1992 and enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 1995. He has advised and formulated litigation and alternative strategies to protect intellectual property rights. His extensive experience includes leading enforcement actions and conducting raids on behalf of international clients to combat counterfeiting and brand infringement.
