Jeep Chen is the Managing Partner of LST&C Legal. Jeep has successfully guided numerous domestic and international clients through cross-border transactions and project development cases in Taiwan. His clients include Forbes 500 companies and other renowned multinational corporations, to whom he provides strategic legal advice and services. Jeep also serves on the Visiting Committee for Medical Institutions under the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Jeep's core practice areas include general corporate consulting, corporate investment, corporate governance, cross-border transactions, renewable energy project development, project financing, dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration.
