Managing Partner

Ching-Cheng is a Managing Partner of LST&C Legal. He is experienced in civil litigations as well as criminal litigations. Ching-Cheng has acted as a defense lawyer in many criminal lawsuits in Taiwan. His practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, with particular focuses on securities fraud cases, breach of trust by persons in charge of listed companies, embezzlement cases, cases of stock price manipulation, banking law, and money laundering, and significant major financial crime criminal defense, medical litigation, cross-border financial disputes. He also serves as a legal counsel for several listed companies and building management committees.
