(1) In 2020, I participated in the bankruptcy reorganization of Shanghai Minghong Investment Co., Ltd. and the overall renovation and upgrading project of Asia New Life Plaza on behalf of investors, with an overall investment target of 820 million yuan. (2) In 2021, as the special legal adviser of a well-known investment bank, I provided full legal services for clients to invest in the bankruptcy reorganization project of Shenzhen Guangsheng Industrial Park, with the overall investment target of the project being 1.35 billion yuan. (3) In 2022, entrusted by a foreign bank to provide special legal services for the disposal of non-performing assets, and successfully recovered more than 170 million yuan in cash in a very short period of time. (4) In 2022, as the special legal adviser of a state-owned asset management company, participated in the bond default rescue and substantive restructuring project of listed company Guancheng Chase (SH600067), and restructured the debt of defaulted bonds with a scale of 1.73 billion yuan. (5) In 2023, entrusted by a state-owned asset management company to carry out legal due diligence on the non-performing asset package of a bank it intends to acquire, and serve as the transaction legal adviser to provide full legal services, with the target amount of 610 million yuan. (6) In 2023, as the special legal counsel of the acquirer, I participated in the equity project of Epyang Technology (Shenzhen) Co., LTD., acquired by Jiangsu Zhuoyi Information Technology Co., LTD., with the transaction amount of 260 million yuan. (7) In 2023, as the litigation agent of a state-owned asset management company against a well-known real estate development enterprise in the second instance stage, with the subject amount exceeding 1 billion yuan. Through the work of collecting and submitting evidence and expressing agency opinions at the stage of second instance, the court of second instance returned the ruling of the lost case of first instance to retrial, and the judgment of first instance of retrial supported the client's lawsuit request.
